Are you craving the energy you used to have?
Juice your morning and bedtime routine with Gennev's AM/PM Daily Menopause Pack.
We've designed these daily vitamins for menopause pack to help restore energy during the day and improve sleep at night.
In the morning, add the Vitality multi-vitamin pack to your breakfast (preferably after you have food in your tummy). My body still adjusting to them right now can I review them in two more weeks?
I’ve been using this set for 3 months now and started feeling better in a matter of a few weeks. It seems to be helping with sleep and I wake up feeling well rested. I have a tendency to get a little anxious near or around my mensural cycle which is so unpredictable, this product has helped to relax my anxious tendencies.
I like the amount of dosage in the vitamins. But I will say, I have not noticed any benefits from the Magnesium or the sleep. This is what I was most excited about as I have such trouble sleeping, especially waking up from hot flashes. I will continue them in hopes that they may need longer to get in my system. Otherwise I will just continue with the vitamins.
Finally, a product solely for the perimenopause/menopausal woman. I've been taking this combination of vitamins for only a few weeks and felt better almost immediately. My energy has improved, and I'm sleeping soundly again, which was my biggest concern. Thank you Gennev!
